This issue discusses the enforcement of law against the illegal distribution of lobster seeds, legal protection for vulnerable groups' rights in general elections, and the legal standing of testimonium de auditu witnesses in court decisions. It also covers the implementation of healthcare rights for pregnant female prisoners at Class II A Surabaya Women's Penitentiary and efforts to prevent prisoner escapes at Class I Surabaya Correctional Institution. Furthermore, it examines the age dispensation for marriage in the Sidoarjo Religious Court in 2022, legal protection for the public against positional abuse in corruption offenses, and the juridical analysis of disputes between life insurance companies and independent marketing offices based on court decisions.
