This issue discusses corporate criminal liability for negligence that causes forest and land fires, as well as legal protection and responsibility of business actors toward tourists in Mount Agung, Bali. It also examines Indonesia’s asset forfeiture draft as a reform effort to recover state losses due to corruption, comparing it with U.S. regulations. Furthermore, it explores the relationship between political democracy and judicial values through legal philosophy. Legal protection for land deed officials involved in bankruptcy cases, the granting of land ownership rights to foreign citizens under agrarian law, and the effectiveness of the special development program for juveniles in Karangasem are also analyzed. Additionally, this issue addresses criminal liability for online sexual exploitation of children in Indonesia, legal protection for workers with fixed-term employment contracts in outsourcing transfers following the enactment of Law No. 6/2023, and the legal position of human resource divisions in representing employers' legal interests in employment agreements.
