It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. This issue discusses various aspects of regulation and law enforcement in Indonesia, including the analysis of fintech lending agreements from a civil law perspective, electoral offenses as a form of white-collar crime, and the settlement of medical ethics violations. Additionally, this study examines legal politics in facilitating the recruitment of foreign workers, the role of police intelligence in preventing mass soccer spectator riots, and civil law enforcement on environmental issues. Lastly, it highlights the implementation of a restorative justice system for drug abusers.
