IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.
This issue discusses the evidential system for non-physical sexual harassment, focusing on how evidence such as witness testimonies, recordings, or digital conversations are used in legal proceedings. It also examines conspiracy in drug offenses based on Decision No. 277/PID.SUS/2022/PN.MJK, analyzing how conspiracy elements are proven and their impact on court rulings. Additionally, it explores the juridical analysis of Law No. 42/1999 and Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 regarding vehicle repossession by creditors due to debtor default, highlighting differences in legal interpretations. The effectiveness of Regional Regulation No. 6/2012 on waste management and sanitation service fees is also reviewed, assessing its implementation, challenges, and environmental impact. Lastly, the legal policy on exhibitionism via video call-based social media is analyzed in the context of the Information and Electronic Transactions (IET) Law, addressing how such behavior is classified and regulated under Indonesian law.
