IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.
This issue discusses criminal policy in law enforcement related to public maladministration, analyzing the legal framework and challenges in its enforcement. It also explores the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesia, particularly in the relationships between shareholders, commissioners, and directors of limited liability companies. Additionally, it highlights the urgency for Indonesia to ratify the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 New York Protocol to establish a legal framework for determining refugee status. Furthermore, it examines the juridical analysis of judges who fail to review facts and trial evidence in money laundering cases, using Case No. 383 K/PID.SUS/2017 as a reference. Lastly, it discusses legal protection for government banks in implementing the write-off policy to ensure financial stability.
