IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.

This issue discusses various legal topics in Indonesia, including the precautionary principles in technology-based joint funding services to mitigate financial and legal risks. It also covers law enforcement against drug abuse by Indonesian policemen, highlighting challenges in upholding justice. The legal standing of Petok D as proof of land ownership is examined, along with the law enforcement of gas canister content removal crimes based on Decision No. 322/PID.SUS/2020/PN.MLG. Additionally, it explores legal reforms related to the "presidential threshold" in Law No. 7/2017 on General Elections, evaluating its impact on democracy. The issue also addresses medication errors involving expired drugs for ambulatory patients and their implications for patient safety. Lastly, it discusses the existence of customary inheritance law norms in Supreme Court jurisprudence and their influence on national legal development.
