SRAWUNG, a Javanese term, reflects the spirit of togetherness—a space where individuals and groups unite, not merely to gather, but to exchange wisdom, spark inspiration, and grow through shared experiences.

SRAWUNG: Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge.

The editorial team of SRAWUNG are giving opportunities in the developing of Social and Humanities sector with the help of external review from expertise in their field. SRAWUNG published four times a year as the manifestation to deliver the scientific knowledge for society.

This issue discusses the impact of various factors on individual performance, mental health, consumer behavior, education, and tourism. The study on training effectiveness examines how it influences individual work performance in Cambodian business organizations. Islamic counseling's effect on prisoners' mental health in Yogyakarta correctional institutions is also explored. Additionally, research on Gen Z’s impulsive buying behavior through live-streaming social commerce highlights modern shopping trends. The implementation of a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile at SMPIT Insan Mulia, Manokwari, West Papua, is analyzed. The issue of hair loss in Cambodia, including its causes, prevention methods, and treatment solutions, is also discussed. Furthermore, strategies for enhancing the quality of higher education in Cambodia are evaluated. Lastly, factors influencing tourists' loyalty to revisit Phnom Penh, Cambodia, are investigated.
