It covers child custody status in unregistered marriages based on Islamic law and Constitutional Court decisions, copyright infringement in using famous artists' names as fan-fiction novel characters, and personal data protection in the falsification of COVID-19 vaccination certificates. Additionally, it examines the juridical analysis of document falsification in the export of dangerous goods, legal protection for GrabFood drivers against fictitious orders as a form of default action, and regulatory policies on legal aid norms for Indonesian National Police and their families. Lastly, it explores priority rights in the process of converting eigendom verponding land into property rights from a juridical perspective.
