Meanwhile, in criminal law, the enforcement of narcotics crimes highlights judicial considerations in making decisions, particularly when children are involved as perpetrators. Additionally, legal protection is a key focus in human trafficking cases, as well as in the application of the legality principle, which aims to safeguard the interests of victims as stipulated in the Criminal Code.
