This issue discusses various aspects of regulation and law enforcement in Indonesia, including the analysis of fintech lending agreements from a civil law perspective, electoral offenses as a form of white-collar crime, and the settlement of medical ethics violations. Additionally, this study examines legal politics in facilitating the recruitment of foreign workers, the role of police intelligence in preventing mass soccer spectator riots, and civil law enforcement on environmental issues. Lastly, it highlights the implementation of a restorative justice system for drug abusers.
