IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.

This issue discusses the legal aspects of various cases, including contract breaches, financial deposits, bank customer protection, land ownership, and drug abuse. It examines the juridical analysis of default resolution in cooperation contracts for fiber optic cable procurement, highlighting dispute settlement mechanisms. The study also explores the legal consequences of funds deposited with a notary before drafting a sales and purchase agreement, addressing risks and legal protections. Additionally, it investigates bank account blocking from a legal perspective, focusing on execution seizure requests and banking secrecy. Another critical issue is land ownership by foreigners using Indonesian citizens' names, analyzing its legal implications and preventive measures. Lastly, the study reviews the implementation of legal norms against the abuse of Double L pills at Tanjung Perak Port Police, assessing law enforcement effectiveness.
