This issue discusses the implementation of the presidential threshold in Indonesia from a human rights perspective, examining its impact on political rights and democracy. It also explores the development of Indonesian law during Soekarno’s presidency (1950-1966) and the New Order regime (1966-1990) and its relevance to national legal growth.
