IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.

This issue discusses the implementation of the presidential threshold in Indonesia from a human rights perspective, examining its impact on political rights and democracy. It also explores the development of Indonesian law during Soekarno’s presidency (1950-1966) and the New Order regime (1966-1990) and its relevance to national legal growth. Additionally, it analyzes law enforcement in terms of expediency and justice, highlighting the balance between legal effectiveness and fairness. The urgency of state financial restitution as part of anti-corruption measures is also addressed, emphasizing its role in recovering state assets. Furthermore, the discussion includes environmental law enforcement related to producer obligations in waste management, ensuring corporate responsibility in maintaining environmental sustainability. Lastly, the issue covers legal protection for investors and business actors in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who face bankruptcy due to force majeure, emphasizing the need for fair legal safeguards in unforeseen circumstances.
