Vol. 1 Issue 3 (2022)

SRAWUNG, a Javanese term, reflects the spirit of togetherness—a space where individuals and groups unite, not merely to gather, but to exchange wisdom, spark inspiration, and grow through shared experiences.

SRAWUNG: Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge.

This issue discusses various topics related to law, education, finance, and society. The study on credit distribution in Indonesian banks (2017-2020) examines the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA). The implementation of an integrated curriculum for early childhood education (PAUD) in Mojokerto during COVID-19 highlights the challenges and strategies used. The power struggle in Chatterjee’s Palli Samaj explores the dynamics of authority and its societal impact. The settlement of criminal cases through the restorative justice system is analyzed for its effectiveness and challenges. The legal consequences of improper mask waste disposal focus on environmental protection. Legal research on marriage cancellation due to identity falsification examines its implications and processes. Copyright protection for music holders against digital piracy is explored in the context of the digital era. The legal protection of cancelled prospective Hajj and Umrah contributors during the COVID-19 pandemic is studied based on Law No. 8/2019. Victim protection in mis-selling cases of unit-linked insurance products is analyzed under Law No. 40/2014. The factors influencing purchase intentions for plant-based food products during the pandemic are examined. Lastly, a web-integrated learning model for PAUD students in Mojokerto is explored to enhance problem-solving and self-regulation skills.
