SRAWUNG, a Javanese term, reflects the spirit of togetherness—a space where individuals and groups unite, not merely to gather, but to exchange wisdom, spark inspiration, and grow through shared experiences.

SRAWUNG: Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge.

This issue discusses factors influencing organizational performance, focusing on motivation, ability, roles, and organizational support. It also examines the criminogenic needs of property crime convicts in Class IIB Pangkalan Bun Correctional Institution. Additionally, the study compares countries’ compliance with CPIA implementation based on governance in Europe and Central Asia. Another aspect explored is gender-responsive learning management at MA Raudlatul Ulum. Lastly, the impact of education and training on the work performance of civil servants at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Seram is analyzed.
