As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Thank you for your interest in submitting to our journal. To ensure consistency and maintain publication quality, please adhere to the following submission guidelines:
1. Language Requirement
All manuscripts must be written in English.
2. Article Format and Template
Submissions must follow the journal’s official template, which is available on our website. Please download and format your manuscript accordingly.
3. Article Structure
Submitted manuscripts should be organized into the following sections:
Abstract
Introduction
Literature Review (optional)
Research Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Suggestions / Recommendations (optional)
References
4. Article Length
Manuscripts should be between 10 to 20 pages:
Minimum of 10 pages (excluding references)
Maximum of 20 pages (including references)
Authors are encouraged to elaborate on the Introduction, Literature Review, and Results and Discussion sections where applicable.
5. Abstract Guidelines
Word count: 150 to 250 words
The abstract should include:
A brief introduction and problem statement(s) (place these before the research purpose)
The research purpose
The research methodology
A summary of research findings
Please ensure the research introduction and objectives are clearly connected and well explained.
6. Keywords
Include 3 to 5 keywords.
Keywords must be:
Capitalized (each word)
Sorted alphabetically
Separated with commas
No period at the end Example: Data Mining, Machine Learning, Text Classification
7. Conclusion and Suggestions
Clearly indicate:
Which paragraph(s) serve as the Conclusion
Which paragraph(s) contain Suggestions / Recommendations
8. References
Reference list must:
Be managed and formatted using Mendeley
Follow APA 7th edition style
Include recent references (published from 2015 to 2024).
Exceptions are allowed for grand theories. Please highlight any part(s) of the manuscript referring to these grand theories.
You are encouraged to replace outdated references with more recent, relevant studies.
Avoid citing unreliable sources, such as personal blogs. Acceptable sources include:
Peer-reviewed journals
Theses or dissertations
Scholarly books
Government or institutional reports
Reputable news platforms (e.g., BBC, The Guardian, etc.)
