IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.

This issue discusses various legal aspects, including criminal negligence in the Kanjuruhan tragedy, the legality of investment agreements using Bitcoin in Indonesia, and the prosecution of violations under Government Regulation No. 80/2012 and the Indonesian National Police telegram of 2022. It also examines the legal implications of unlawful acts related to buildings on freehold land as debt collateral, dispute resolution over compensation prices in land acquisition for the Wonokromo–Jombang double-track railway, and the legal status of armed criminal groups from the perspective of international humanitarian law. Furthermore, it explores law enforcement against unlicensed gold mining in the Sangihe Islands, the resolution of inheritance disputes in Juwono Village, Nganjuk, and the recognition and protection of the rights of the Batin Sembilan indigenous community over their customary land and natural resource management.
