It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. The journal also encourages contributions from multiple perspectives to support the sustainability of a sustainable and inclusive legal system.
This issue discusses various legal aspects, including criminal negligence in the Kanjuruhan tragedy, the legality of investment agreements using Bitcoin in Indonesia, and the prosecution of violations under Government Regulation No. 80/2012 and the Indonesian National Police telegram of 2022. It also examines the legal implications of unlawful acts related to buildings on freehold land as debt collateral, dispute resolution over compensation prices in land acquisition for the Wonokromo–Jombang double-track railway, and the legal status of armed criminal groups from the perspective of international humanitarian law.
