IUS POSITUM: Journal of Law Theory and Law Enforcement is an academic journal that focuses on the study of legal theory and the implementation of law in practically. The journal is committed to becoming a platform for scientific publications that emphasize in-depth analysis, innovation, and practical solutions in the legal field. It resolves to expand its international publication reach, increase collaboration with global researchers, and strengthen the relevance and impact of articles on the development of legal theory and enforcement in various jurisdictions. This issue discusses various aspects of law enforcement and policies within the judicial system. The study examines the challenges faced by the police in tackling the production and distribution of adulterated alcohol in East Java and compares the concept of repudiation in the CISG with contract cancellation provisions in the Civil Code. Additionally, it highlights disciplinary actions against police officers involved in adultery based on the decision of the Police Code of Ethics Commission and identifies the characteristics of gambling under criminal law concerning the Binomo application. Finally, the study evaluates the remission policy for corruption offenders from a justice perspective.
