This issue discusses the effects of progressive muscle relaxation and lemon aromatherapy on blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes, highlighting their potential benefits in managing the condition. It also explores strategies to motivate elderly individuals with hypertension to seek routine health check-ups to prevent complications. Additionally, the study examines the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding and Moringa leaf pudding in enhancing breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers. Another aspect analyzed is the influence of organizational factors on workplace behavior in recording and reporting patient safety incidents at X Hospital in Surabaya. Lastly, the research investigates the phytochemical content and antioxidant activity of lowland black potato peels (Plectranthus rotundifolius) cultivated with cow manure, using the ultrasonic bath extraction method.
