LUX MENSANA: Journal of Scientific Health is an international scientific journal health sciences, in the field of medicine, nursing, public health, midwifery, nutrition, health biology, medical analysts, physiotherapy, and others. LUX MENSANA is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, only accepts scientific articles that have never been published before (proven by publication ethic statement that will be collected before publication).
This issue discusses various health and education topics. The mentoring program for active learning in reading, writing, and arithmetic (calistung) using the demonstration method aims to enhance elementary school children's literacy and numeracy skills. Research on oxytocin massage through the back examines its effect on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers, while a literature review explores various efforts to boost lactation. Another study analyzes the accuracy of medical terminology, fracture codes, and external causes in patient summary forms. The effectiveness of traditional Dam-Daman games in reducing dementia levels among the elderly is also evaluated. Additionally, a systematic literature review investigates hypnotherapy as a treatment for insomnia. Lastly, a study on health education using audio-visual media assesses its impact on improving handwashing behavior among school-age children as a preventive measure against COVID-19.
