With the rapid advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), JF Publisher is committed to maintaining transparency, integrity, and high standards in academic publishing. The following policy governs the use of GenAI tools in manuscript preparation, review, and publication.

Disclosure

1. Full Disclosure

Authors must clearly disclose any use of GenAI tools in the development of their manuscripts. This includes the name of the tool and its purpose. Failure to disclose may result in rejection, withdrawal, or retraction.

Supplementary

2. Supplementary Use Only

AI may be used only as a supporting tool for language improvement, grammar, or formatting. All research content, analysis, and conclusions must be developed entirely by the authors.

Ethical

3. Ethical Integrity

The use of AI must not compromise originality, accuracy, or intellectual property. Any form of fabricated data, manipulated results, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

Authorship

4. Authorship

AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authorship is limited to human individuals who take full accountability and responsibility for the submitted work.

Responsibility

5. Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for the validity, originality, and accuracy of their manuscript, including any AI-assisted content. All outputs must be carefully reviewed before submission.

Editorial

6. Transparency in Editorial Process

Any use of AI during peer review or editorial processes must be openly disclosed by editors or reviewers to maintain the integrity of the review cycle.
