This journal does not charge a Submission Fee. Libraries and individuals can read and download any full-text articles free of charge. However, once a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge. For a Printed edition subscription, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Waiver Policy

 

The journal is committed to supporting authors from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with limited funding. A waiver on the APC may be granted based on the following criteria:

  • Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (World Bank definition).
  • Authors without institutional or grant funding.
Process

Application Process

  • Submit a waiver request during manuscript submission with supporting documents.
  • Decisions are made by the editorial office and do not influence peer-review.

Authors from middle-income countries or those with limited resources may qualify for partial discounts.
