Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:

1. Hold a Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred)
2. Have expertise relevant to the journal scope
3. Be active in academic research and publication
4. Have publication experience in reputable journals
5. Uphold publication ethics and academic integrity
6. International scholars are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Editors

1. Handle manuscript evaluation and editorial processes
2. Support publication quality and journal development
3. Maintain ethical publishing standards

Reviewers

1. Conduct objective and constructive peer review
2. Provide scholarly feedback within the review timeline
3. Maintain confidentiality and publication ethics
