SUJANA: Education and Learning Review now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge in 2023.
The editorial team of SUJANA are giving opportunities in the developing of teaching and learning process, including experience, perspective, methodology and development, curriculum, innovation, technology, and so on with the help of external review from expertise in their field. SUJANA published four times a year as the manifestation to deliver the scientific knowledge for society.
This issue discusses the development and analysis of learning strategies across various disciplines. Research on ethnomathematical student worksheets is designed with the traditional Indonesian game Engklek to enhance mathematical concept comprehension through a cultural approach. Additionally, an analysis of students' learning difficulties in algebraic arithmetic operations identifies contributing factors and seeks solutions to improve their understanding. Another study develops student worksheets on integers and fractions using an open-ended approach to encourage problem-solving and creative thinking. In the context of work productivity, this research also explores how organizational culture, visionary leadership, and achievement motivation can enhance performance within an organization. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of a project-based learning model is examined in improving science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar.
