The editorial team of SUJANA are giving opportunities in the developing of teaching and learning process, including experience, perspective, methodology and development, curriculum, innovation, technology, and so on with the help of external review from expertise in their field. SUJANA published four times a year as the manifestation to deliver the scientific knowledge for society.

This issue discusses the improvement of educators' quality and the optimization of natural material processing. The first four studies focus on enhancing performance and organizational commitment in the education sector through factors such as transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, empowerment, and work motivation, which contribute to the effectiveness of teachers and lecturers. Meanwhile, the last two studies explore the processing of Cottonii Chips using an alkali treatment, examining how extraction methods, bleaching processes, and variations in chemical solution concentrations like KOH and CaCO₃ affect the final chemical characteristics.
