This issue discusses the impact of leadership development dimensions on job satisfaction and performance in private higher education institutions in Cambodia, as well as the effect of leadership styles on staff performance in real estate companies in Phnom Penh. It also explores the enforcement of criminal law from the perspective of community justice, analyzing both theoretical and practical aspects. Additionally, the study examines the determinants of service logistic innovation and its capability in Cambodia using a structural equation model. Furthermore, it investigates the relationship between self-control, loneliness, and nomophobia tendencies among teenagers. Lastly, it addresses the civil law perspective on liability in hazardous and toxic waste (HTW) management.
