SUJANA: Education and Learning Review now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge in 2024.
The editorial team of SUJANA are giving opportunities in the developing of teaching and learning process, including experience, perspective, methodology and development, curriculum, innovation, technology, and so on with the help of external review from expertise in their field. SUJANA published four times a year as the manifestation to deliver the scientific knowledge for society.
This issue discusses the impact of leadership in Cambodian higher education through digitalization, highlighting its challenges and opportunities. Additionally, it examines the impact of introducing a Chinese language program on employability improvement in Cambodia, demonstrating how language skills can enhance workforce competitiveness. Lecturer productivity is also a key focus, with research identifying the role of achievement needs, organizational culture, work ethic, motivation, and compensation in improving academic performance. In the social aspect, Islamic counseling is studied as an approach to handling domestic violence cases in Sleman Regency. Meanwhile, in language learning, oral presentation is explored as a method to enhance English-speaking skills for EFL/ESL learners.
