Organizational culture, visionary leadership, and achievement motivation play a role in improving work productivity, while work motivation also affects teacher performance in vocational schools. Additionally, parental experiences in raising children with autism are the focus of understanding the challenges and strategies they employ. Teacher innovation can be enhanced through organizational commitment, entrepreneurship, empowerment, and personality. Lastly, an inclusive education model that combines the Montessori method and the SAVI approach serves as a solution for early-age children with special needs.
