SUJANA: Education and Learning Review now open for publishing scientific article from researchers, lecturers, and students as the opportunity for improving academic knowledge in 2023.

The editorial team of SUJANA are giving opportunities in the developing of teaching and learning process, including experience, perspective, methodology and development, curriculum, innovation, technology, and so on with the help of external review from expertise in their field. SUJANA published four times a year as the manifestation to deliver the scientific knowledge for society.

This issue discusses various factors that influence productivity and individual performance in organizations and education. Organizational culture, visionary leadership, and achievement motivation play a role in improving work productivity, while work motivation also affects teacher performance in vocational schools. Additionally, parental experiences in raising children with autism are the focus of understanding the challenges and strategies they employ. Teacher innovation can be enhanced through organizational commitment, entrepreneurship, empowerment, and personality. Lastly, an inclusive education model that combines the Montessori method and the SAVI approach serves as a solution for early-age children with special needs.
